Where this began
There was a night when I forgot how to sing.
I knew the aria. I had rehearsed it for months. My technique was there, exactly where I had left it the day before. And then a door opened, someone walked into the room, and my body decided that this was no longer music. It was danger.
The next day I sang the same aria perfectly.
Same voice. Same body. Same breath. Same twelve years of training. Nothing had improved overnight. Nothing had been fixed. The only thing that changed was what my nervous system believed was happening in that room.
That was the question that changed how I teach. Not how do I sing better, but why does my technique leave me exactly when I need it most.
This course is the answer I spent years building. It is not a promise that you will never be nervous again. That promise would be a lie, and you would know it. It is something more useful. You will learn to sing with your technique available even when your body perceives pressure.
